Monthly Community Program
When: Third Sunday of the Month –

Joy of Living Meditation Session
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

About: The Joy of Living is a secular path of meditation practice that can be followed by anyone, regardless of religious or cultural orientation, based on nurturing the qualities of wisdom and compassion that naturally manifest from awareness itself.

Path of Liberation Session
Time: 10:30 a.m. – Noon

About: The Path of Liberation is an experiential path of meditation for those who wish to practice Buddhist teachings under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche.

Both sessions are free and open to anyone who wishes to learn more about the practice of meditation. Whether you are new to meditation or are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we explore together the practice of mindfulness here in the Valley of the Sun!

Monday Night Bi-Monthly Open Sits
Time: 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
2nd and 3rd Mondays of each month.

Open sits will be practiced in two 25-minute sessions with a 10 minute break in between. The session will be opened and closed by a volunteer time-keeper. These sessions are open to anyone practicing the path of meditation wanting the support of a community. All are welcome to attend and do whatever silent meditation practice they are currently working on.
